Currently my builder dash won’t load and clients are reporting their apps are down. Is it the same for other EU peeps? I’ve raised a ticket but nothing so far…
I’m on vacation in France roaming on mobile from the UK. I can access my invoicing app without issue which is EU based. Not sure about the builder as I’m cycling today 
Nothing showing on the status page and I haven’t had any clients contact me with issues.
Very weird - nothing’s changed and no access at all for me nor customers. I’m wondering if it’s a piece of server hardware affecting only a subset? Really hope they get on it as it’s a major outage for me and my customers!
Have you raised a support ticket as the forum doesn’t get immediate attention - as you’ll likely be aware 
Yes I have. Support are looking at it now, I’ve been told it’s been escalated.
Front end menus are all strange for me (UK) but it appeasr to work - just reported it
App is completely down in US. The entire formatting and display has changed and when you try to enter data it goes to some code
I submitted a ticket and they fixed it right away. Woot woot! XD
My issue to resolved too. I just got an email saying “a parameter” has been fixed but I guess it’s related to wider styling issue and outage others had today. Thankfully sorted.
Tuesdays are becoming nightmare days…
