AVERAGE over Time

Hi Knack Friends.

I am trying to use the AVERAGE field to average a connected table’s field values over the last 8weeks.

The AVERAGE filed does not give some of those nice filter features like you can do on tables and pivots where by this would be straight forward.

Does anyone know how to achieve my outcome - potentially with an equation? or any other means.

Couldn’t you use the AVG field type with a formula filter where whatever date field you’re using is during the previous 8 weeks? This would give you a continuous rolling average.
