Allow regular form rules when adding an event from a calendar

Currently, when adding a record by clicking on a calendar date, there's no option to use submit rules, display rules, or record rules.

It would be great to have these options, and for the Add Event Form to function the same as a regular add record form.

Bringing this back from the dead, but I think this would be a very useful function
