My boss just called… FIND AN ALTERNATIVE SYSTEM… Oh dear…

I have to say, Knack are dropping the ball with these outages. Businesses use knack for critical applications and Knack charge a considerable sum for that every month, but to have little to no answers on any of these outages is a concern.
