Add Email "From" field

I would like a “From” field on emails as well as the email address so it looks nicer in peoples inboxes.

I agree with Daniels ideas. I would also like the field to allow me to assign a field to the outgoing email so that I can make the outgoing email from the logged in user, some other email field or a standard email address that I input in the API.

So we have "From Name" and "From Email Address" fields giving the "From Name <From Email>" format.
