I would love to see a Tree Field with either buttons below/above/left/right or using the context menu (Right-Click) to add, edit or delete nodes (With options in the fields admin to choose which of these to use on the user interface) and the ability to re-order nodes using Drag ‘n’ Drop (Again with an option in the fields admin to allow or disallow re-ordering on the user interface).
