List Item(s) - Drop Shadow / Transition Property and Scale - CSS

I have been kindly been given the below CSS for making a drop shadow appear on scroll over of an item. Apparently there is also something similar for Scale on scroll over. However I am fairly new to CSS and can't seem to get it to work correctly. Do I need to change anything to identity lists? Is .kn-list-item-container correct? Because I don't have a container for those items yet - if that why this code is not working? Many thanks

Hi Clyde , it seems that your code is working fine. I don't know if this is the effect you want for your item list.
