How do I get a checkbox view to show vertically not horizontally

Hi there

I have a view which shows the choices made on a checkbox input. By default, in the view (not edit) the results are shown one after the other using a comma to separate them horizontally. So I get:

Personal History of Coronary Heart Disease, Personal History of High Blood Pressure


However, I want them to show as list DOWNWARDS like so:


Personal History of Coronary Heart Disease

Personal History of High Blood Pressure


Is there a way to use CSS to do this??
