I have a checkbox with a default state of No. When users use the form and toggle it to Yes (and submit the form) I would like to have a webhook fire and then have the checkbox toggle back to No. Possible? If so, how do I do that?

Yes it's possible using JS or Zapier.
Using JS just add a form-sumit event and rung webhook also update recor via JS
