I have checked the forum and several others had requested this feature. Any update on this? or did anyone made it to work or know way around it. Any help would be appreciated.

Changelog updates for releases and customer feedback/feature requests can now be found at product.knack.com. As I browse through the feedback there, I’m not seeing one posted for dropdown menus for child pages.
