Has anyone figured out how to add a custom URL to the logo? Preferably, I would like users to go to a specific page every time they click my logo, regardless of what page the user started on.

In almost every text field on Knack you can add a html code on it. You can add you logo anywhere you want and insert a html code with a link on it.
