Anyone having issue uploading or accessing files stored in Knack. Currently we're not able to upload or access files
Back up ...... pretty worrying .... not having some way of contacting/hearing from them.
I could cope with some planned down time or even an odd issue once I can see that some one has spotted the issue and was working on it. I was an IT director for years and this was basic ITIL best practice. Stuff breaks but comms are paramount to keep client/customer confidence
..I'm on a Pro plan. Is Corporate any better ?

Yes all apps and two different builder accounts all down. I'm on Frankfurt servers. Can read but cant create or update
