You should be able to set a Date field (that is set to use Start and End dates) to a value that includes both dates, like "03/06/2017 00:30 to 03/07/2017 01:30" using a Conditional Rule. This is exactly the format specified for importing CSV records, for date fields with Start and End dates, as per https://support.knack.com/hc/en-us/articles/226589268-Import-Records#import%20dates.
