# Tasks to Delete Records

Will there ever be an addition to the tasks functions to allow us to delete records. For instance I would like to run a task to delete any records over 1 year old every week.

This would be a great addition to future development. Being able to delete tasks on a schedule would save using Integromat / Make.

I’m aware that the primary focus is performance and reliability but I’ll tag @Kara who is our new Product Manager to see if this can get this onto the list. 👍

We really need this task. Specially for those that have enterprise plans. Please make it happen.

Hey Knack Team, any news regarding this feature? This would help us with big apps to keep our applications light and clean. Will benefit alot on the performance side also.
