I have a task that sends an email to account owners if a piece of info has not been submitted.
if i run it manually the log says “Canceled (Run Manually)”, and if i schedule it the history says “Canceled”.
If i change the rule from ‘When mobile number is blank’ - to record X (ie me) - it runs…
Any thoughts?
