# Sort/filter table on connected fields?

How do I sort and filter a table using values from a connected field. I can display the connected fields in the table. But there is no option to sort or filter the table based upon those connected values.

I figured it out - actually form another thread. Create a formula field in the child table using the parent field. Then sort/filter on that.
