I’m creating a doctors consultation service. I need that doctors can choose the slot availabilities for incoming weeks, and the patients can book appointment accordingly. I understand the doctor have to manually create all the slots. I’m looking for a solution to automate it. Thanks. ---

Calendly is very expensive, because we need to add 10+ doctors. Wr was interested in integrating Cronofy, a full APIs based solution, but it seems is really complicated. We are thinking to an jnternal solution with Knack, creating slots with an embedded xls or csv file… ---

I built a custom calendar app several years ago using the Knack calendar to display employee availability. I ran into some issues. I was able to finally make it work using custom code, but for a more recent app, I found it was just easier to create my own calendar. I created this new Calendar within Knack using HTML and Javascript/jQuery and embedded it into the client’s website. It was used to Book jobs for a company. It had 2hr blocks from 8am - 6pm Monday thru Saturday. They could handle up to 3 jobs per block. The block was disabled when 3 jobs were booked within that block. Otherwise you could click on the block and enter your info which was submitted for acceptance to be scheduled. The calendar was visible by Weeks. You could use arrows to move back and forward in weeks. Unfortunately, this site is no longer running to show you how it looked. Bottom line, it is possible to do it without having to pay for another app to integrate with, but you will need someone with coding skills. ---

I did this in COVID in ([https://covidsecureapp.com/](https://covidsecureapp.com/)) which is shut down now with the help of a task, that runs weekly. We create 7 records in the date table. and there is another table slot table. and created script which creates 10 min slot for each date 8 am to 8pm. once booked we hide that slop from dropdown. ---
