# Sending Email to a group

Hi.

Ok, so I want to set up an automated email/ alert to users.

Scenario, a buyer is registered & connected to a property at an openhome

Any time a&nbsp; specific form is submitted&nbsp; that is linked to that property , Knack sends an instant email alert to All&nbsp; buyers that have registered with the property.

Obviously the list of buyers will be different every time as will the listing.

Objects: Listings, Inspections

Accounts: Buyers , Owners.

I have tried to hash up a work around but not found the right solution, appreciate any help

Hi Ben

This would best be done using [Integromat](https://www.integromat.com/?pc=kirkness) I think. The basic process would be something like:

1. Trigger the&nbsp;_Scenario_ when the form is submitted (New record)
2. Search for all buyers linked to that property
3. For each one found send them an email. Integromat makes this quite easy because following a Search module, following modules (the one sending the email) will run for each record returned from the search.
