# Pop Up widget Support Missing

I have noticed my popup widget at the bottom right of my Builder is gone.

I have normally use this for support requests, now its missing.

Is there a different method outside of bug report portal?

Email [support@knack.com](mailto:support@knack.com) but be aware that they are experiencing long delays currently. I also noticed the messenger widget was missing on a client app 🤷‍♂️
