# Planned Maintenance: April 18-20, 2023

We’d like to let you know that Knack will be undergoing routine maintenance next week. The maintenance dates and times vary depending on the app server location.  
These maintenance windows do not apply to private environments.

_Completed_ **Tuesday** , April 18 **Australian** Region Maintenance Window:  
3:00am - 4:00am AEST

**Wednesday** , April 19 **European** Region Maintenance Window:  
2:00am - 3:00am BST  
3:00am - 4:00am CEST

**Thursday** , April 20 **US Region** & **GovCloud** Maintenance Window:  
12:00am - 2:00am EDT

This work will result in scheduled downtime of **1-5 minutes maximum** for applications and that downtime may occur at any point in the above maintenance windows.
