Would it be a massive undertaking to introduce an IP Logging option for true/false and signature fields?
BTW, as a workaround, you are able to see the IP address of the person who updated a record by looking in the builder at the HISTORY VIEW for each record. Get to the HISTORY VIEW/TAB by clicking the yellow edit pencil next to each record.

I think special field "Client IP Address" would be nice to have in table. This field would be autopopulated when record is added.
