# Exclude items from menu

I'm wanting to exclude items from an associated list that are already associated with a record.

I have a list of qualifications that can be associated with a user. If a qualification is already associated with the user, I don't want it to appear on the drop down for when im adding a new qualification to the user. Is this possible?
