# Embed header using php

I embedded my Knack app into a website using only an index.php file with the embed code.&nbsp; Unfortunately, the embed code does not bring along the header from the app.&nbsp; Is there an easy way to create a header in the same index.php file?&nbsp; It's obviously the color and logo, but the menus need to appear over the header as well.
