Best Practice: **Make a Dupe of you Knack APP before** you ask Claude to make modifications to the DUPE before you run in YOUR Production Knack App.

Let’s start with simple. Ask Claude to summarize every page in your Knack APP.

-- Prompt Start
Connect to Knack on the ‘YOUR APP’ app for each of the pages in the Profile Dashboard write a summary sentence or two and give a synopsis of the contents of each page.
– Prompt End

Next, Ask
–Prompt Start
Claude to create modify the following HTML and add a section for each page and add the summary in place of YOUR SUMMARY HERE
---- Code Snipit Begin

 .info-panel { padding: 10px; margin: 10px 0; background-color: #fff; box-shadow: 0 2px 5px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1); } .info-panel summary { display: flex; align-items: center; font-size: 18px; font-weight: 300; cursor: pointer; }

> **Instructions and Information (click to expand/collapse)**
>
> YOUR SUMMARY HERE

-- Code Snipit End
– Prompt End

Open the Claude Output in VS Code or your favorite HTML editor.

Next, Open the corresponding page in Knack - Create a ‘Rich Text’ element and paste the matching HTML code to add an expandable help/instructions.

Great work… if you have made it this far 🙂

Here is another one to try (make sure you test of a DUPE APP first)
Have Claude add columns to your table

-- Prompt Begin
In Knack using the ‘YOURAPP’ app add the following fields to the ‘YOURTABLE’ table
Field name: as listed below
Data Type: Multiple Choice (multiple\_choice)
Selection Type: Radio Buttons
Choices (same 4 for every field, in this order):
No to Limited Knowledge
Proficient in usage for deployments/projects
Proficient as Admin in deployments/projects
Extensive in usage and as Admin in deployments/projects
Not required, default selection = No to Limited Knowledge, list order = as given (not alphabetized)
