Account deleted - HELP!?

Hi Knack community, I need help.
This is pretty much a last resort. We’re a fully paid-up Enterprise customer (quarterly invoices) with dedicated infrastructure, but just had our entire account deleted by what looks like an automated process. I can’t even access the builder to submit an emergency ticket and I’ve spent the last hour and half trying everything I can think of to get in touch with support.

Business critical and now completely offline. Can anyone help me get their attention?

I am not seeing a ticket with a matching name, have you sent a ticket to support@knack.com? If not, could you please send an email to that address and I will take a look right away.
